NOTE: CardioSource User Names and Passwords are initially set as follows:

• USERNAME: your EMAIL ADDRESS as reflected in ACC files, typically in the form of "name@emailservice.com".
• PASSWORD: the first initial of your last name (lower case) followed by your ACC ID number. [Example: For John Smith at ACC ID 1234567 the password would be s1234567.]

Once you have logged in, see "My Account" in the upper right corner of the CardioSource homepage. There you can change your username and password.
